The Tren Turístico de Las Flores is one of the most authentic experiences in Barranquilla: it crosses a narrow strip of land with the Río Magdalena on one side and the Caribbean Sea on the other, offering the only access to the point where the river meets the sea, at Bocas de Ceniza. Tips: the train runs mainly on weekends and holidays; bring a cap and sunscreen. Getting there: Las Flores neighborhood, at the end of Vía 40, Barranquilla.
